If you require special accommodations, you cannot schedule your test via the Internet. If you have received or would like to request approval for an accommodation, please call FINRA's Special Conditions Team at 1-800-999-6647 and select Option two (2) to schedule your examination.
CMA Candidate Handbook - General Information
The Institute of Certified Management Accountants and Prometric Testing Centers are fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Applicants planning to take the examinations who have special needs as covered by the ADA should notify the ICMA at least two months before they plan to take the exams.

CFA - Request for Testing Accommodation for Attention Dificit/Hyperactivity Disorder
Submit your request and all supporting documentation to the attention of the Testing Accommodations Coordinator via email (examadmin@cfainstitute.org), fax (434-951-5223), or mail, at least 75 days prior to the exam date. Upon receipt, we will forward your request to our consultant for review. Our consultant will make a recommendation regarding whether or not your impairment substantially limits you in one or more of the major life activities and thus qualifies you as disabled.
