Please note that this work order submission form is for Mercer Atlanta students living in the apartments. Administration should submit their work orders to Physical Plant so they can be forwarded to the appropriate area.

FYI 
~   The exterminator services the University Apartments once a week, on Mondays.
~    Work orders are prioritized, please input all pertinent information related to issue.

If you are submitting this request on the weekend and this is an EMERGENCY, please do not submit, contact your RA/Apt. Manager or Mercer Police.

An EMERGENCY includes but not limited to issues involving:
Heat and/or Air
Toilet
Water Leaks
Power Outages
 Security (i.e. locks/doors)
