8:30 am – 4:00 pm Contracting for changing apartments different building
March 19th
8:30 am – 4:00 pm Final contracting, open all buildings
After the renewal process new applications for the 2010-2011 academic year will begin to be processed. New applicates should send in the reservation fee as soon as possible.
Guidelines:
- You must complete an application.
- Apartments are assigned based on maximizing occupancy and best possible -roommate compatibility.
- Each applicant must have a $100 reservation fee on file to be issued an -assignment. The fee will be applied to your university account and can be paid directly to the Bursar's office by calling 678-547-6121. No refund of the fee will be granted unless notification is given 2 weeks prior to contract's inception.
- Each individual with an assignment must complete a contract/lease agreement.
The application does not obligate the student to commit to a contract nor does an application guarantee an assignment.
Roommates:
Mercer University's Department of Housing will assist in roommate matching whenever possible. If you have been unable to find a roommate the information you provide on the application will be used for matching compatibility.
Before applying you are strongly encouraged to read over the Residential Code of Conduct.
Note: You may only apply for University Housing after receiving your Mercer University Identification Number (MUID). Applications cannot be processed without a MUID.
