Guidelines:

0. You must complete an application.
0. Apartments are assigned based on maximizing occupancy and best possible -roommate compatibility.

Each applicant must have a $100 reservation fee on file to be issued an assignment.  The reservation fee will activate your application and be applied to your university account.  The reservation fee can be paid directly to the Bursar's office by calling 678-547-6121 or by mail.  No refund of the fee will be granted unless notification is given 4 weeks prior to contract's inception.
0. Each individual with an assignment must complete a contract/lease agreement.

The application does not obligate the student to commit to a contract nor does an application guarantee an assignment.

Roommates:
Mercer University's Department of Housing will assist in roommate matching whenever possible.  If you have been unable to find a roommate the information you provide on the application will be used for matching compatibility.
